So we’re right smack within an interlull. I have nothing to say really. There were internationals last night and Mesut Ozil played and they said he wasn’t very good. I don’t care too much what he does for his country. If he’s good for them sure that’s a boost for us and I would be happy for him, but beyond that I couldn’t care less really. What matters to me is what he does in an Arsenal shirt and he’s usually quite good in an Arsenal shirt.
Alexis played against Brazil yesterday from what I gathered and had a smashing game scoring yet another goal and that makes me quite happy as I hope he brings that form back to the club as we’d definitely need it. We’ll need his goals for the following games.
Beyond that there’s precious little going on. Jurgen Klopp was appointed Liverpool manager which I found quite distressing as I like the man, now I have a dilemma, but I guess you can respect the manager and hate the team right? I think that’s fair enough. So I would watch keenly their game against Tottenham and see if he can breathe life into a dead Liverpool team.
Arsenal was fined 30,000 Euros for misconduct which I don’t know about…
It’s annoying thinking that there’s no football tomorrow and i’ll have to wait a full week to see the Arsenal play again. I am going to listen to a night of folk tales and stories tomorrow as an alternative to football, it should be fun.
England plays tonight and we might actually see Theo play upfront for them and I would be interested to see how he gets on. Walcott is making himself quite the center forward with some great performances and I feel it’s too early to crown him king, but it’s hugely encouraging and I hope he continues with his good form. I wonder what happens if he continues with his form and January comes along, do we get someone else? Do we go after the super duper 30 goal a season striker? I have no idea, but it’ll be fun to watch
Beyond all this there’s nothing else going on, i’ll be back later. So rest easy and bye bye
