Here’s today’s round-up: Sky News does a brief review of the world’s most expensive first eleven. They also add the most expensive substitutes and one Arsenal FC man makes the list. And then there’s really annoying fake news.

First off, I’m upset.
So upset, that I’ll take the second news item first just because I need to get it off my chest before I smash my keyboard.
I know it’s transfer season and a lot of blogs and news sites try to keep us updated with the news but, there’s speculation and then there is an outright lie.
I had to take a screenshot because it was just too much.
First off, ‘Thomas Mbappe’ joins Arsenal. Second, the article says Thomas Lemar. Third! We ALL know that Arsenal wants Lemar but are still negotiating.
Where are the links if it’s reported? Where’s the proof, if it’s first-hand information aka ITK?
And then you get to waste 1 minute of your precious time and data only to get deflated.
Well, you might not have felt that bad, but I did. And I was hyper-pissed.
Got me all excited and crap.
Please bloggers, even if you’re reporting rumours, don’t make up your own for Gunners sakes!
Moving on…
Sky Sports gave a round up of the world’s most expensive footballers by position following Citeh’s purchase of Walker from Sp*rs. Our man, Shkodran Mustafi made the bench as did some other football legends:
Goalkeeper – Gianluigi Buffon (Parma to Juventus – £32.6m)
Defender – Shkodran Mustafi (Valencia to Arsenal – £35m)
Midfielder – Kaka (AC Milan to Real Madrid – £59m)
Midfielder – Kevin De Bruyne (Wolfsburg to Man City – £54.5m)
Midfielder – Zinedine Zidane (Juventus to Real Madrid – £47.2m)
Forward – Romelu Lukaku (Everton to Man Utd – £75m)
Forward – Luis Suarez (Liverpool to Barcelona – £65m)

It leaves me wondering what Zidane and Buffon would have cost in these markets we have today.
Till tomorrow, try not to lose sleep over transfers.
