The season ended in beautiful fashion yesterday and I have to say there couldn’t have been a better way to end our season that that. A hat trick from ‘sign dat thing’ and a beauty from Jack Wilshere were enough to seal a 4-1 victory for us on the final day of the season in which we finished third.
Speaking of Wilshere, with that strike yesterday he has earned himself another goal of the season for the second year in a row. That has to be a feat I doubt has been reached by anyone previously. Some could argue that it was decided by a twitter poll and we all know how Arsenal fans always take over these polls but all the same, he won it. Congrats on that Jack.
Back to the hat trick hero, he sure did score some amazing goals yesterday and my hat was def off for that his first yesterday. He sure has given Wenger something to think about with that with that performance, let’s just hope he signs that thing sooner rather than later.
Onto other issues, its good news to know that Tomas ‘Rozza’ Rosicky our little Mozart is staying at the club. The Czech dude signed a new contract and we can be sure to have him with us for another season at least before he would get that testimonial game when he finally decides to go. Maybe we should give Diaby a testimonial too?? #JustSaying
On the other hand though, our minister of yellow card affairs, flamini would be leaving us when the season ends *sobs*… I dunno bout y’all but I sure would miss all his shouting on the pitch while doing nothing.lol
Now to the transfer rumours hovering around the Emirates.
Firstly we can be sure that there won’t be any major departures this window as Le Prof has reiterated that he won’t be letting any of our first team players leave. I hope Barca can see this though, no Ramsey and Bellerin for you lot. Go somewhere else for your new Xavi and Alves*tongue out*..
If what my sources are telling me are true, we could be seeing Arturo Vidal and Jackson Martinez in an Arsenal Jersey very soon. I am hearing Ospina and Sanchez are helping with the underground jobs for the deals unto their fellow countrymen. That would be some good good deal if they both go through.
Just for the sake of banter, Chelsea held their trophy parade on Monday afternoon and a paltry sum total of 70k people came out. Just tragic,no supporters for them. If I can remember well, we had about 250k for our Fa Cup parade last year??? Right…
Speaking about the Fa Cup though, it’s the final this Saturday and we are hoping that win again WBA has set the right tone for that game and we should by all means leave Wembley with the trophy come Saturday.
