Have you ever loved someone and they just keep hurting you??
I mean, real genuine love but they keep hurting you.
You want to stop loving them but you can’t and every time you decide it’s over and say I give up on our love, they just show up and do something to make you believe in that love again.
Do something to make you feel loved again, to make you smile again, to make you have some hope and faith in that love again.
That’s the kind of relationship i have with Arsenal and I could be sure it’s the same with many other people out there.
Arsenal know how to stretch a man, make you lose faith, stop loving them, give a man hope as high as the Eiffel tower and then hit it on the floor real hard.
But that moment when you decide it’s over, they put in a performance that gives you hope again and excites you.
Oh our darling Arsenal.
That win at Everton really lifted spirits I must say.
To see Iwobi get his first league start, score a goal and then grab himself his first ever MOTM award.
First off that beautiful assist from Bellerin (for the records he has the same number of assists as Fabregas, 4) then that control from Iwobi, the forward run, how he shielded Funes Mori till he was able to put the ball between the legs of Robles to make it 2-0.
The way he celebrated with so much vigor.
What a beautiful sight to see.
Don’t mind the fact that I am too excited about this, I am just happy to see a fellow Nigerian doing well for my favorite club.
Oh my, did I forget to acknowledge Welbeck (for the records he now has 4 goals in 9 since his return from injury) for that first goal. As usual we had started to press, were keeping possession but could not find a way to put the ball in the net until that sublime move that involved 8 of the 11 players on the pitch.
That one was the Arsenal way. See below.

Perfect Arsenal goal just the way we love it. The highlight of the game had to be that moment when Sanchez sat in the stands, created a lot of funny reactions from people.

In general it was a good performance by the team but seeing as our rivals also got vital wins, we cannot rest on our oars. We have to keep moving on.
There would be no league football until Next Month, so rest well, prepare well and plan for how to keep up this good form should be the what’s on the corner of the Boss’s mind during this international break.
Do have an amazing day and week ahead.
