We meet West Ham today at home in a match many believe we’ll have tied up nicely in the bag before full time.
Mistake.
Our pre-season form has been glorious BUT, let’s not become overly confident; let’s give West Ham the respect they deserve. Remember they beat Manchester Citeh at the start of last season.
We have a stellar record against West Ham however, and have beaten them every time we’ve met since 2007 (wow! that’s a long time). Mark Noble seems to be their key player in midfield at the moment and we’ve got to respect his creativity.
I’m banking on Santi Carzola, The Ox and Bellerin to score.
…and yes, I know I said Bellerin, it’s that hunch.
