Lol! Just look at that picture, notice the look on Welbeck’s face (Oh dear lord i’m saved!) Ozil on the other hand (I wonder what the ball tastes like)
So i know a lot of people (myself included) wondered why Oxlade Chamberlain started ahead of Alexis. I for one think he had a very good game. What more, he scored the equalizer.
As i watched the game, i remember telling Mr. Gooner Daily how i liked the Ox’s passion. He replied
“Shey na passion we wan chop?” and i understood the sentiment,
But i guess the Ox did well on the day. I feel he has more goals in him and it’s an area he has to keep improving on, but all in all i think he’s on the right track. I liked his goal, he was at the right place at the right time to spare Welbeck blushes, we’ll have crucified the young lad if Ox hadn’t scored that.
Here are some of his stats:
Shots- 3
Chances Created- 3
Crosses- 8
Take ons- 8
Interceptions- 2
Blocks- 2
Passing- 73%

His passing leaves a lot to be desired, but if you take a look at the image below you’ll see that a lot of the misplaced passes were forward ones trying to make things happen.
I wonder if he’ll start against Gala in midweek, but whatever the case, we have a serious potential in our hands and he has the capability to take this season by storm
