In this week’s team of the week, Dea Gea features again in goal but making super-human saves to keep things at 2-1 against Stoke.
In defence, Ivanovic kept a clean sheet and was strong on the ball against the Chavs game with the lot down the street, Ashley Williams also helped the Swans, who are rumoured to be after our Joel, keep a clean sheet. Tomkins scored his first goal in two years to help West Ham on to victory against West Brom. Rojo was solid in defence for the red devils; it seems their defence is waking up.
In midfield, Hazard and Juan Mata are on the list, again, this time helping their teams to victories…was there a time I wanted Mata too? *scratches head.* Gerrard proved critics wrong as he scored in Liverpool’s win yesterday. Our very own Alexis Sanchez featured as well, as he scored the only goal against Southampton.
Again, one of the players I hoped we would have bought instead of Arshavin; Aguero features again attack, while Drogba did an Henry and scored against the lot down the road.
