Where do I even start from??
How can I start to express the joy that’s me right now??
Like I could shout but then y’all won’t hear so it’s pointless.
Every game against Leicester was a hit, back to back.
I mean we are the only team who have pulled a double against Ranieri and his boys this season.
That has to be one of the most nerve wrenching games of the season so far.
For every time we went forward, I got cold and watched us miss chance after chance after chance.
Too many things to talk about from this game, the ref, that penalty, those bookings, the red card, Sanchez performance, Schmeichel’s saves but none of them matter now.
All that matters is that we grabbed all points.
3 points in the bag people.
The game was so somehow for a very long time that our major highlight was when Cech sent Vardy back to league 2.
I have that clip saved already tho, incase you need it, hit me up.
Trust me, if we didn’t win this game, that would have been our best moment.
Some people are probably still arguing if Vardy did some theatrics for that penalty and am here like who cares, we won the game already.
Would the game have been different if they didn’t get that penalty???
Would it have been different if they didn’t get that red card??
Who knows, who cares?? we won and that’s all that matters.
I am still chuffed to bit tho, very unreal way to end the potential title decider.
Imagine if they had won, we would have been behind by 8 points but in came Walcott and Welbeck and booyah.
The W boys saved us.
To think I had already started writing about us grabbing just a point but step in ”That Guy Welbz” to save the day.
The last time Danny Welbeck played for Arsenal, Leicester were 17th and one point off the relegation zone. Maybe he thought they still were.
Arsenal’s absentee striker succeeded where so many had failed this season.
He finally broke Leicester’s resistance.
To think I said to myself what if Welbz gets the winner as he was coming on.
And he did it.
What better feeling is there than that.
Let’s not forget to heap some praise on Wenger for the two impact subs.
I mean when last did we have 2 subs that scored for us, crucial goals at that.
It sure was the game of the Super Subs.
Trust me there was no shame in a point at the Emirates Stadium and while Arsenal were getting closer and closer, Leicester’s resistance was admirable.
Let me just stop with that for now.
Arsenal have made my Valentine’s day.
Meanwhile, happy Valentine’s day to y’all lovers out there.
Arsenal is my love and they just gave me the perfect Vals gift.
Till later, enjoy the rest of the day with your partners while I find a way to celebrate the win.
