I did couldn’t bring myself to write these 2 days due to tension and the final disappointment. No offence to Spanish supporters, I actually do love Spain as a holiday destination; I love the La Liga also but, I was beginning to get tired seeing Spain win all the time. I mean, don’t you feel me on that one? Anyway, after knocking over my cup of tea in annoyance, I let bygones be bygones. Spain are no doubt a world-class team. It will take a lot of experience and “Pirlo’s” on the field of play to beat them; and to imagine that they got this far mostly by playing mid-fielders as forwards, smh. *Sigh* Read up: Spain football team jets home after historic win |
2. Back to the basics, let’s talk Arsenal.
Well, I think Juve just insulted VP and our intelligence no matter how you look at it, even if you feel they were testing the waters; £8m? C’mon!
You, me, my mother and my baby brother know that VP is worth 4 times that amount, testing the waters or no testing waters. That’s a slap Juve! A very dirty slap in the face!
*Breathe*
I hope we do all we can to keep the wee lad at the Emirates by the end of next season, we need all the experience we can get, Giroud or no Giroud.

3. Uncle Wenger just keeps us guessing as he seems to be in a state of rewind at the moment. We have Giroud and LP, we’re not sure if Djourou will be available next season. We haven’t cashed in on M’Vila or any defensive player for that matter and yes, we all know how our defence in at the moment. Someone give Uncle Wenger ideas pleeeeeaaaassseee…

4. For the life of me, I don’t understand any of these “philandering” rumours going around about baby Walcott…Okay, he’s no more the baby, the Ox is only that the Ox looks much older than Walcott, hmm…whatever!
Rumours claim that baby Walcott seems to be stalling on signing a new contract. If that is true then Arsenal management better review his salary “within reason” and retain his services. If however, baby Walcott’s demands are exceeding the general nappy changes and warm SMA formula feeding times, then suffice it to say that we need to spank baby Walcott into shape.
Stop that! You naughty little boy.
Oh! and BTW, they say AVB’s heading to the White Hart Lane, you think he’ll be able to cook up some steam?…

5. Uncle Wenger is apparently looking for a goalkeeper. I think there’s one thing a lot of people fail to understand, and that is, the defence usually makes the goalkeeper. If your defence is unresponsive, (like ours) no matter how talented your goalkeeper is, he will most times fail to shine. You’ll be giving him a lot of work to do, too much.
Although Hugo is a good keeper, I don’t think he is what we need right now as a team besides, he’s too expensive and still under contract. If we don’t sort out our defence and defensive tactics, even if you place Buffon and Casillas at the Arsenal goal, we will still concede goals, my two cents.

6. Do we really need another mid-fielder? I’m sure you don’t need me to get into this discussion, you know what I’m going to say already, smh…

7. I see why baby Walcott’s grumbling now. Y’see, when a player goes out to international competitions and shines, err…well, his agent bloats his price tag, makes excessive wage demands and these are not met, we get tantrums and the like in return.
We should be proud of Walcott, the Ox, Kosc., Rosicky and Arshavin. VP, LP and Szc., didn’t do too badly although much was expected of ’em.
