By announcing the capture of Depay subject to medicals (not like anyone fails medicals these days except your name is Loic Remy though), like it or not the transfer window has just been plunged open and guess who dived in first?? Manchester United.
We can all agree that next season is going to be an interesting one and it’s not just going to be about who’s got good players but about who’s got formidable teams. Yes I said teams, cuz your whole squad is as good as your subs.
Next season, it’s going to be Chelsea, Man-U, Man-Citeh, Arsenal gunning for the title while there might be others with aspirations like Liverpool, Sp*ds and the likes.
As usual Arsenal are already being linked with a host of players from Cech to Schneiderlein (kai! I never get this guy’s name right sha) to even our regular customer, Higuain. The papers must sell and so there must be rumours about Arsenal linked to several players. In fact I saw somewhere yesterday that we had made contact with S’oton for Schneiderlein already. They’ve started you see?
Manchester united have started showing intent already, loading their rifle for the season to come. Henry said it would take 4 new players to ensure us seal the title and that includes a top top top striker in his words though, some others think we need just one sensational player to do that, another bunch think we even need a whole team.
As much as we’d all like to make assumptions and predictions and guesses about who we buy or who we don’t, I really am of the strong notion that Wenger has a list of the players he wants to get drafted in his office already and kept in the bottom right drawer close of where the cheque book is*don’t even question that, I have been there before so I know things*
All I am trying to say is this, the transfer window is unofficially open. So let’s get the business started and let’s get some signatures penned soonest before the window goes officially open and the prices start to rocket.
