What a headline.
I was trying my hands out on some headline generating software because, frankly, I was getting tired of thinking up a headline for an otherwise boring story.
And this is what I got: “Why the world would end if Arsenal training ground pictures disappeared.”
Really? Tsk!
You can have fun with it if you like – content headline generator.
That is, for those who have boring jobs and want to while away time.
So our boys are training. Don’t they always? But as our players get ready for the game against Manchester United tomorrow, there’s nothing more the fans want that a committed team. On and off the pitch.
If fantastic photographers like Stuart McFarlane didn’t give an inside peek into this part of our players’ schedule, what then?
Some doomsday fans would go on to say the players aren’t training enough, if at all. And some, well, wouldn’t just care to know if a certain someone is back in training and recovering from injury.
All said, and this is me blabbing, a piece of our connection with the players would disappear if we didn’t know or see that they were kicking balls and running into things while preparing for the next match.
Later today, we’ll analyse the stats of both teams – Arsenal and Manchester United – to gauge our chances. This, we hope, will satisfy your stat addiction.
