Punters and football fans have started making predictions on the 2013/14 EPL outcomes. These predictions are largely premised on the spending power of clubs, the players the clubs are spending on and who manages the players the clubs spend on. We can therefore infer that the prediction is actually premised on ‘spending’.
The End.
Okay, it’s not technically ‘the end’. As I surfed the net for something other than transfer news – yes, I stand by my word, I will not be pressured into speculating who and who’s not going to be bought – I stumbled upon another ‘speculation’, this time it was the odds of which team had the chance of winning the EPL.

Who wins the 203/14 EPL title?
According to http://www.paddypower.com/football/uk-football/premier-league , it doesn’t go past the top five teams, with Manchester City taking the lead (thanks to the annihilation of Sorcerer Alex Ferguman and the obscene spending of the Sheiks). Coming in second were Chelsea and Manchester United.
I think, no, I believe Chelsea made the list because the ‘Special One’ is expected to do what he usually does – spend an insane amount of money on star players and use his hybrid tactical/psychological know-how to most probably win the league. However, Manchester United made the cut because:
1. Moyes is Moyes
2. Manchester United is well, Manchester United
and yes, they’ve got the scum Judas-is-rvp who, for some weird reason has refused to have ‘glass knees’; Pssst! Where are the Pepes and Ryan Shawcrosses when you need them.
We, yes the Gunners are in at fourth place… *silence* *pondering* *selah = stop and think for a bit*
You know…, okay, how do I even start to go about this… *breaks out in a sweat* I know I might get a verbal bashing for this but, I’m almost not surprised or ready to argue, I’ll just support us and see how we pick ourselves up this season. I made some predictions last season which for the most part was 60% correct.
Do I see us winning the EPL? I don’t know, I’ll make my decision when we’re done buying players in this market and the maybe after our first 3 games; trophy winning is a philandering girlfriend, you think you have her but in fact you don’t.
Oh, before I forget, Sp*ds were tipped 5th club to possibly win the EPL title by a really long margin…do I hear ‘forever in our shadow?
